Courtnie Gautreaux started dancing at the age of 2. She studied Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical and Hip-Hop at CenterStage Dance Studio and Dancin’ Ovations Dance Studio. In 2015, Courtnie became a member of the National Champion & Tops in Texas Forney High School Highsteppers. She was a member of the elite team and served as Lieutenant her senior year.


After graduating in 2019, Courtnie became a member of the McLennan Community College Dance Company in Waco, Texas. The MCC Dance Company specialized in Jazz, Pom and Hip-Hop. Courtnie went on to win a National Championship in Daytona Beach, Florida in the Jazz Division 3 category in 2021. This was the MCC Dance Company’s ninth NDA National Championship title and their fourth consecutive win in the jazz category.


This is Courtnie’s second season teaching at Axis Dance Company. She is so excited to continue sharing her love for dance at the studio this season!
